Tried to synch my devices now seem to have lost all my data not sure where it's gone

Had several entries which I have not deleted, but tried to sync with my new iPhone and whilst I can get into both iPad and iPhone there is none of my entries in either device and I don't know what has happened to the private details.

I'm sorry but we really need some basic information before we can advise you. Please tell us:

• What version of 1P for Mac you are using
• Your OS X version number
• What version of 1Password for iOS you are using
• Your iOS version number
• What sync method you use to sync your 1P data (Dropbox, iCloud or wifi)

The latest version for IOS 9.1 tried to sync with iCloud. Can see 23 items on the sync screen on both phone and iPad but don't know how to access them
