Message "One moment please" when sync w/ dropbox set up

New iPad and want to sync 1Password with Dropbox. When I set sync to Dropbox I get a message in the screen "One moment please...". I have no problem with the iPhone synch but the iPad won't recognize dropbox. Is there something else I need to do? I can set up a new vault but would prefer not to. It works perfectly on iphone. Any suggestions?

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. Sorry to hear about the difficulty. Do you have the Dropbox app installed on your iOS devices? If so when you launch that are you able to login and browse your Dropbox account okay?
