I recently upgraded my operating system to 9.1 on my iPhone 6 and I can no longer access my 1password app. It says Welcome to 1 Password and gives me option to create new vault or sync existing but when I try to sync existing with the 1Cloud it says no 1password data was found.on iCloud. It goes on to say that iCloud syncing requires 1passord5 on iOS 8. We can not go back to 8.4 and we have tried using other devices that were 8.3 and restore it to 8.4 but that didn't work either. I have exhausted all my options that I know to do. Could you PLEASE help me. I just want to be able to open my app to get my passwords. Thank you in advance.

    Hi @wesbec96,

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. Could you please let me know which version of 1Password you had previously on iOS?

    Also: did you make a backup of your data prior to upgrading?

    Do you have a copy of your 1Password data anywhere else?
