i attempt to log in and I get a window stating unexpectedly quit I logged earlier and I could see another person information. I deleted the Info and now I can not log in with a my information on my so called secure site. Is this site
safe?

You posted in the Windows forum, am I correct to understand that 1Password is crashing when you open it on your iPad mini inside Safari or when you open the 1Password app?
Did you recently updated to 1Password 6.1 update on your iPad mini?

We've submitted an update to fix this in the 6.1.1 update and we've requested an expedited review from Apple to get this update out right away.
We don't have a timeframe on when it will be approved but this update will be required to fix this issue.

For the future I'd highly recommend making regular backups of your 1Password data, if you have not been doing so already: https://support.1password.com/ios-itunes-backups/
The backups built into iOS are not sufficient.Glad to hear the 6.1.1 update resolved this for you. :)
