1Password for Mac and 1Password for Windows can each add attachments that can be viewed on iOS when synced there, if the Pro features for iOS have been purchased. You can find instructions here:

At this time 1Password for iOS cannot add attachments by itself, though this is a frequently requested feature that our development team is looking into. I can't make any promises at this point, though.
