Won't update-tried deleting

I have an iPhone 6 plus running iOS 9.2. Record notification of a 1 Password update to 6.1.1 which would not install on my phone-it would only go partway. So I tried to delete and reinstall. This too wouldn't work. Now, I look on my MacBook Air and I get an error message: 1 Password is damaged and can't be opened. Needless to say I am very worried about all my passwords which are now not accessible. Appreciate your help--I'm desperate!

I had the same issue with my iPhone 6 Plus IOS 9.1 so I did a hard boot by holding down the menu button and off button at the same time when the phone came back on the app was gone and I went to the app store and re-installed 1Pssaword Pro and it was back on my iPhone then I synced it from the cloud. The app is back and all my data seems to be there Now.

  • Hi folks,

As @GGenxgamer usually rebooting the iOS device will resolve the issue. Unfortunately this happens from time to time when installing apps from the App Store.

As for your issue with the Mac installation, @jimservice, you can find a thread on that here:

Essentially, in both cases, restarting the device should help.

I hope that helps. Should you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.

Thanks so much. Rebooting both iPhone and MB Air worked. I'm a happy camper again!
