!PW does not sync and does not show any setting to sync

I have an iMac running El Capitan and the latest version of 1PW both in it and for iOS.
I cannot sync the iPad thru DropBox because if I choose settings>sync I have only the number of elements within the vault but no other item, i.e. no choice of where to sync what.
Nothing in the help system (not even the desktop version) looks like the setting shown both in the iPad and in the Mac. I cannot change any of them

I am running into the same/similar problem except with WiFi sync. I used to have WiFi sync running but it stopped working today. So I tried turning off WiFi syncing on both my iPhone and my MacBook but now I can't get it setup again. On my phone, under Settings --> Sync I only see "Items" and there isn't an option to sync even though I have it re-enabled on my MacBook.

@Tigre12 and @Scoot_Mulner - I suspect you are encountering one of the outcomes of the new feature that arrived with the most recent update. It allows users to see all of their vaults at once. Do you have the option to view all vaults enabled? That is the default in the latest version, and the icon at the top left of your screen will show a circle with rainbow coloring.

Because syncing takes place on a per vault basis, you will need to have only one vault open at a time to be able to pick a sync method. You can get your ability to choose syncing method or modify it, if you view only one vault at a time.

Let us know if this makes sense in your case.

That seems to have solved it! Thanks.

I switched back to my primary vault on my phone and then I could setup the WiFi sync again.

One thing I noticed, the phone will not sync any new entries if I am on the "All Vaults" option. I have to switch the view back to my primary vault before the sync will take place.

That's a definite bug that the developers are working to squash. It's existence has caused me to use only one vault for the time being. (I don't work for AgileBits - I just volunteer time here to try to help with an application that I believe in.)

Yeah, thanks. It solved it. Let's hope they can fix the possibility to sync all vaults at once. It's sort of a nuisance having to do it on a single basis
