Wifi Sync 6.1
iPad Air (9.0.2) on 1P 6.1 will no longer sync via wifi. 6.0 wifi sync was normal. Due to the issues seen on the forum I have not updated to 6.1.1. iPod Touch (newest gen on 9.1) using 1P 6.0.2 has NO ISSUES with wifi sync. I synced both devices at the same time and the iPad keeps showing error "computer not found". Ad Hoc does not work either, nor do reboots. Dropbox sync on the other vaults works fine.
1Password Version: 4.4.3
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: OS X 10.9.5
Sync Type: wifi

Hi @hideftv,
I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with WIFi sync since you updated to 1Password 6.1 on your iPad Air. Is there a reason that you haven't updated the version of iOS running on your iPad Air to 9.1? If not, I would try updating and then seeing if you continue to have issues with WiFi sync.

I don't update iOS on my devices very quickly. Too many times apps break. That being said my iPod is on 9.1 but using an v6.0.2 and the sync is ok. My iPad being on iOS 9.0.2 using 1P v6.1 is not working. I'm leaning more towards the issue being in 6.1 and 6.1.1 and not my iOS version. I don't want to update any device any further until this gets sorted out. I need (like a lot of people do) to use wifi sync to keep updated. In fact now my 2 devices are no longer in sync due to this error. I am going to attempt to roll back the app to v6.0.2.
I have never had issues with updating 1Password in the past and I have been using it since v1, but this new bug is really troublesome. I hope you get this sorted out soon with a real solution not just the standard "why don't you update and see".
Thank you @eva_s

I have not updated or changed anything on my router or Mac.
FYI: I was able to rollback to v6.0.2 and performed a successful wifi sync.

Thanks for the update, @hideftv. That is quite strange, as I don't believe any changes were made to the WiFi sync code between 6.0.2 and now. But I'm glad to hear you were able to get it to work.

Unfortunately it is a bit of a catch-22. Apps that have updated to support the new version may no longer work with the old version, and of course apps that have not updated may break with the new version, requiring an update.

Exactly @bwoodruff ! There's always that nagging worry in my mind when I'm updating an app or an OS. This is the first time with 1P though.

It is a bit of an uncoordinated dance. Ideally developers would be aware of OS updates before they are released, and would have their apps updated either prior to or at the same time as the release of the OS. Unfortunately this can't always be the case.
