Someone else's vault [Wendy Appleseed is part of the Demo Vault]

I opened MY vault and someone else's info was included in my vault. I immediately deleted her stuff but now am worried that my info is not so secure either. How could that have happened and how can I make my vault more secure?

@milomartinez1: Sorry for the confusion! I hope you don't mind, but I've moved you to the iOS category of the forums, as this doesn't seem to have anything with Apple Watch. After all, you probably won't have manually added "someone else's" logins to your Watch. ;)

And I'm guessing that 'someone' is "Wendy Appleseed". Is that correct? If so, you haven't been hacked; you've simply added a demo vault with 'fake’ information to 1Password at some point.

For some background, "Wendy Appleseed" is "Johnny Appleseed's" wife, and the "owner" of the demo vault you've added to 1Password, perhaps some time ago (in 1Password Settings > Vaults > Sync Additional Vault > Create Demo Vault). You're probably seeing this now because recent 1Password updates have added the All Vaults view. So previously, you wouldn't have seen this vault unless you explicitly switched to it.

Want to remove it? No problem! Just follow these steps:

In 1Password for iOS, go to Settings > Vaults > Demo > Remove Vault

In 1Password for Mac, open the 1Password menu and go to Switch to Vault > Demo, and then select Delete Demo Vault.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions! :)

Huge thanks @Milomartinez1, you are a star! I somehow guessed that this was not a hacker (my bank account has not been accessed and it just didn't make sense) but I needed to be sure.
