I tied to update to 6.1.1 on my iPad Air. Wouldn't down load.

I tried to update my1passwoed on the App Store and it didn't work I tried deleting 1password, reboot iPad, tried to down load 1password and it wouldn't download.

Hi @hen3,

Thanks for taking the time to write in. Unfortunately we do not have control over the downloading and installation of apps from the App Store (including 1Password). That is handled entirely by the App Store / Apple.

If after rebooting you are still having difficulties I'd recommend switching networks (try a different WiFi network, or try cellular data), or try downloading the app in iTunes and syncing it over that way.

We do not recommend removing the 1Password app as a troubleshooting step in cases like this as removing the app also removes all 1Password data.

Well I got 1password to down load from the app store. I tapped the little cloud icon several (a bunch) times in rapid succession and it finally started to download. I noticed that when you tapped the download icon you would see the little circle for a split second. So I just kept tapping it and finally it worked. Go figure??
