Folders (in "Organize") disappearing on iOS v6.1.1.

Twice in the past few days, the Folders in the Organize tab have disappeared, leaving only "Physical Wallet" in the list. I'm syncing with 1P on my Mac (v5.4.1 541003) via Dropbox, and the folders are present there. I first noticed the problem a few days ago, quit and restarted the app, but to no avail. I removed and reinstalled the app, synced it, and the folders appeared. Now, they're gone again.

In addition, when I tap on Sync in settings, I see only the # of items. There is no other info there, including sync info, options, etc. The problem coincides with the disappearance of the folders as described above.

All other 1P functions are normal.

Today I have lost all my vault information. It show 58 items but nothing is displaying. What is happening. This is supposed to be or lifeline but it is crashing. I tried re-syncing but that didn't help. Also can't find a spot to contact someone at 1Password directly. Are we both up the creek?

    Hi @gc916

From your description it sounds like you are having All Vaults active instead of for example your primary vault. Am I correct?
When All Vaults is active we hide folders because not all types of vaults we support have folders and All Vaults is a cross section of every vault supported.
I recommend to switch to your vault that has the folders to view them.

The number of items shown only in the sync settings are because you having All Vaults active as well. To see the sync settings you will have to switch to a specific vault.

    Winnie,

Thanks for your reply. Your explanation and recommendations solved the problem. User error, obviously!

  • Thanks for the update @gc916. We probably need to add a blurb about this in our documentation.
