Why can't I get all Categories on one of my iPads - when they are all on another iPad & iPhone

I have 2 iMacs, 1 MacBook and 2 iPad and i Phone. All sync perfectly except I can't get all Categories on one of the iPads. I have obviously purchased Pro as those Categories are on the one iPad and iPhone. Restore purchase on the "dud" iPad doesn't work!

    Do you have 1Password 6.1.1 installed on the "dud"?

    If the Pro features will not restore the most likely cause is either:

    • When 1Password for iOS was originally installed on the iPad you were signed into a different Apple ID than the one used to purchase the Pro features
    • and/or you are currently signed into a different Apple ID than the one used to purchase the Pro features

    Please make a backup of 1Password on the dud iPad (instructions) then delete the 1Password app from it. Make sure you are signed into the correct Apple ID (the one that made the Pro features purchase), and then re-install 1Password. Sync 1Password with your other devices. You should have access to the Pro features at this point.
