I am compactly confused and flustered. I have been using 1P Pro for years on my Apple laptop. I downloded the standard and pro from Apple iTunes. I have more that one account. I would like to merge my computer, iPad, and iPhone. I have already spent a lot of time trying to figure this out. I think you should call me and walk me through this.

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. So we can get an idea of what is going on I'd like to see some logs. I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices.
