I am new- Where and how do I put passwords? There's no instruction!

I just signed up with a new vault. There is absolutely NO information or instruction for what to do next! Do I put my own
passwords in, and if so, where do they go?
I am only interested in using I password for the passwords alone! Please tell me what to do?
