Suddenly can't log in with fingerprint and other anomalies

Overnight, My fingerprint option has disappeared from the 1password iOS app and when I log in with my master code, It logs in for a split second then logs me straight back out. I can not access 1password from my phone which is disastrous for me.

    I couldn't wait for someone to show me what the problem was and as I couldn't find a contact for Agile bits I deleted the app and re-installed.
    If any one from Agile bits looks in on this then you should know that there is an issue with the app. I've sent you a diagnostic report.

    Thanks for taking the time to write in with this concern. We've received your diagnostic report and I've flagged it appropriately for our team to review. Unfortunately reinstalling the app also erases all of the logs, so I'm not sure we'll be able to tell much at this point, but we'll review it and write back via email as soon as we can.

    I'm sorry we weren't able to respond earlier. Most of our customer support team lives in the timezones: EST, PST, or somewhere in between. In general we review and respond respond to the messages that have been waiting the longest first.
