I have 1Password installed on my new iPhone 6S and also have 1Password installed version 5 Family License on my iMacs and also on my iPad.
Sync was originally set up using DropBox.

Somehow the Password for 1Password works well with both of my iMacs and also with my iPad. No issues here.

But the issue is that the Password for 1 Password on the iPhone DOES NOT!

What do I do?

1Password Version: 5 Family License
Extension Version: 4.4.4
OS Version: OS X 10.10.5
Sync Type: DropBox

@hstirling107: It sounds like you may not have the same data syncing to the iPhone which you have setup to do so on your other devices. Please follow the steps in this guide to verify your setup, as it will either resolve the issue or at least narrow down the problem:

You may simply have 1Password on your iPhone syncing with a separate vault than the rest. Please let me know what you find! :)

The problem is I cannot even login to open iPassword on the new iPhone 6S.

When everything was imported from the old iPhone 5S (now gone) there were data corruption issues.

My iPad shows it is running 1Password Pro and I can login to 1Password with no problem.

    On my iMacs no problem.

I want to delete iPassword on the iPhone but have changed my Apple ID multiple times since iPassword was first purchased.

My license info. from iPassword only shows 1Password version 3 and 1Password 5 Family License.

To download iPassword Pro for iOS how do I prove I downloaded and paid for it previously.

iPassword on the new iPhone 6S does not recognize the Master Password I have used on all my iMacs and my iPad.

@hstirling107: Ah, understood. Thanks for letting me know!

Indeed, AgileBits won't have any record of purchases made anywhere but the AgileBits Store. Apple owns and operates the App Store, and purchases made there are tied to your Apple ID. We simply don't have records of any of that; only Apple does.

I want to delete iPassword on the iPhone but have changed my Apple ID multiple times since iPassword was first purchased.

This may pose a problem, since, as mentioned above, the purchase is tied to the Apple ID you used at that time. Apple does not allow these to be transferred as far as I know, but it certainly wouldn't hurt to ask. There just won't be anything AgileBits can do, since it isn't our store. Apple does not even allow in-app purchases to be shared using Family Sharing though, so I wouldn't be too optimistic that they'd allow it to be move to another account completely.

    That sounds potentially promising...

..but again it's totally up to the App Store to validate the purchase. The best course of action would be to check your records, as you'll have received an email receipt when you bought the Pro upgrade. This will give you important transaction details, and also the Apple ID used. It will either shed some light on this and help you directly, or it will come in handy if you need to contact Apple for help with it.

Keep in mind that if you'd changed your Master Password (or the 1Password app on your iPhone is simply setup with a different vault) you'll need to unlock it using that one. But of course if the app is simply damaged (which seems to be a distinct possibility, since you indicated data corruption issues occurred when you upgraded to the new iPhone), it will need to be reinstalled in order to work again. There just isn't any way to use 1Password if you're unable to unlock it. Let me know what you uncover, and we'll go from there!
