Two-way sync with 1Password for Windows

I know that I can use wi-fi sync between 1Password for Windows and iOS. I previously imported my passwords into the Windows app and synced with iOS. If I made changes in the iOS app and use wi-fi sync will it push those changes to the Windows app? Or is the sync only one way?
