    @hrtprpl3 - if you truly have forgotten your master password, there is no one who can reset it for you. That's part of the security built in to 1Password. Only you ever have access to your data. You cannot make a new password unless you first enter the current one. There are some suggestions about things to try in this article: I lost or forgot my Master Password. Help!

    If none of those tips helps, you will have to start over and recreate your data. Have you sync your data to a cloud solution or another device? If not, to start over in iOS, delete the application and download a fresh copy.
