Prompt to Sign in to iTunes Will Not Stop

After installing 1 password I keep getting prompted to "Sign-in to the itunes store. Sign in to check for pending in-app transactions. I have tried rebooting, reinstalling, etc and nothing has fixed this. It only does this when I open this one application on my phone. When I sign in nothing happens and it just asks again. If I cancel it closes it for a while, but then comes back asking again.

  • Hi @jlocke,

Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with this prompt for your iTunes credentials. I'd like to ask you to try recreating this problem, then create a Diagnostics Report from your iOS device.

    —iOS—
    https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/ios.html

Prior to generating the report, please enable In-App Purchase under Settings > Advanced > Diagnostics > Log Settings (step #3 in the iOS guide)

Attach the Diagnostics Report to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report and ensure that this is dealt with quickly. :)

Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!

    Ben

Thanks the support ID is #UGG-75179-398. I was not sure what all logs to enable, so I just clicked "In App Purchases". Let me know if I needed to enable others.

    Hi @jlocke,

It looks like you forgot the part of the instructions about including a link here with your report. No worries, I'll link them up now, and flag the report appropriately for follow up.

    Thanks.
