How long does 1PW recognize my fingerprint before it times out and I have to input the PW.
I think the answer is 48 hours. I do not use 1PW often, maybe 1 or 2 times a week, so it seems I always need to manually input the PW to unlock the vault. Thanks. (PS don't know where to find version of 1PW that I have on my iPhone5, but an update came thru Dec. 3 and was installed 6.1.2)

@dtintle the answer to your question depends on your 1P Security and Advanced settings. See these excerpts from the user guide:
Settings: Security
Settings: Advanced
(In the case of the Advanced settings (look under the Security section.)

I did have the Advanced setting at NEVER and ALLOW TOUCH ID in settings, but it still asks me for the PW manually. I reset those 2 settings and I will see if I can access 1PW with my fingerprint tomorrow. Thanks.

If you are still having difficulty with this please try toggling
iPhone Unlock
OFF in the Settings app underTouch ID & Passcode
, then restart the device and turn it back ON. You may also then need to toggle Touch ID off and then back on in 1Password.P.S. You mentioned an iPhone 5? The iPhone 5 did not have Touch ID. Did you perhaps mean iPhone 5s or iPhone 6?

iPhone 6+ and iPad Air actually. I will try your process and see if it resets to enable its functionality. Thanks.

@dtintle, one thing to note is that when you reboot your device, 1Password will require you to enter your master password to unlock it the first time (then it will go back to Touch ID). I'm not sure if that explains why you're sometimes being prompted for the master password?

Thanks, and I was aware of that.

Okay. Hopefully that has helped, but if you're still having trouble please let us know. :)
