chase.com website not being stored and always indicates that it does not trust devise & wants security code. This happens on my iPad and iPad mini but not iPhone
When i use the browser without using 1Password Ican get to chase website and it never asks for activation code and always trusts devise.
How can I keep the website trusting the devise.
This never happens with Amex or any other website. I spoke to Chase tech support and they said it was a 1password issue.
Any help appreciated.

  • Hi @Zinks,

Thanks for taking the time to write in. If this website works in Safari you may want to consider accessing it there, and using our Safari extension:

Enable the extension | 1Password for iOS

Alternatively Chase offers a free app in the App Store, but they do not have 1Password integration in that, so you'd need to copy & paste your credentials.

The browser built into 1Password is mostly a holdover from before we could integrate into Safari itself. Currently our focus for improvements in that regard is the latter.

    Thanks!

    Ben
