How to fill this two fields

I'm trying to fill these two fields in my bank's website. I've tried to manually save the login, but nothing happens.

    Unfortunately that site has me quite stumped. I'll have to ask one of our developers if they can see what it isn't working. I do apologise that we couldn't offer some great piece of insight that would allow this to work for you right now.
