how to use the license of my spouse

I had a trial license which expired. I just found out my husband has bought a license. Your website says spouses can share licenses. How can I activate his license on my 1password.

Have him email you the license key or file, depending on which version of 1Password you use. Then ap ply it to your computer.

1Password 3 uses a license key
1Password 4,5 & 6 use a license file.
