I have an account under scooperdude I'd like to cancel the account. I don't use the program.
I have lost forgotten the password

    Hey @grady! 1Password doesn't actually have accounts, just licenses for the app that are associated with your email address. I didn't find one under the email address you mentioned in your post (which I removed, since this is a public forum) or the one you used to sign up on these forums.

    As for your forgotten Master Password, that's not a problem! You can simply start over like new if you'd like to continue using the app. :)

    How do I start over with an empty vault?
