is there a different way to get support help besides the forums? Is there a # to call if help is needed?

    @STZ - The forum is the first line of support. It provides answers to other users besides yourself, so it can be efficient that way. its also more efficient for you when specific information needs to be searched out. I am not an AgileBits employee, but I've been hanging around long enough to know that there is always someone from AgileBits answering questions here, seven days a week. I haven't participated in any other forum that is as responsive as this one is. When the need arises, they will move to another means of communication. And any user who does not want to use the forum can send email to support@agilebits.com, although that may not be as fast as posting issues here. But there is no inbound telephone support number. Their staff isn't large enough to make that work.

    Thank You.... I am just concerned i'll get stuck during setup.

    @STZ - Take a look at the getting started section of the Mac User Guide. I think that should help give you the confidence you're looking for.
