Google / Google+ login on other websites :: how do they work with 1Password ?

Hello there.
I'm trying to find a way to save the login info of some sites (just like this one, the agilebits support forum) where I actually login via my gmail / google / google + account ("Login with your google account").

I need a way to remember that on these sites, I do not have a custom username and password, but I just have to connect via my google login info.
Is there a specific semi-automated procedure with which these sites are saved within 1password?
Or should I just create a custom "new item", put nothing into the "username" and "password" fields and just write into the notes that "I login with google account" ?

any other more sufficient way to do this ?
