is it possible to have multiple users use 1Password on a Mac?

Hey @felix822! It is indeed, but it depends on how you want to set things up. If you're using just one Mac, you can have multiple user accounts in OS X and each of them will use their own 1Password setup. Or, you can use multiple 1Password vaults under the same user, but that won't require different Master Passwords when you switch the vault. Lastly, are you wondering about licenses for more than one person? If you could give us a better idea of the environment you're using things in, that will help us answer your question. :)

Thanks for the quick reply! Yes, I would like for my wife to use 1Password with her own master password and her own vault(s). We do have our own user accounts on the Mac. Would this be possible?

@felix822 Downgrade to 1Password 5.4.3 and enjoy the feature :)
EDIT: If you have multiple user account you can actually stay on 6.0

@felix822 Mirek is correct as far as the separate vault unlocking feature goes, but as for your specific case you should be all set with 1Password 6. All you need to do is use your license when setting the app up on her user. The app should be shared through the Applications folder, which is system-wide and not user-specific. She can just launch it, add the license you received via email, and then create her own vault. Nothing will be shared with your user unless you set things up later. Hope that helps! :)

Got it thanks! What about as far as synching her vault(s) with her iPhone? Is that possible as well?

@felix822 For syncing, I'd recommend referring to this fantastic knowledge base article:
Sync options compared: Dropbox vs. iCloud vs. Wi-Fi
If you two plan to share things in the future, this article has some details on that, so feel free to give it a read as well. Syncing is pretty straightforward for the most part though — just set it up and use the apps on all your devices.
