Pro features
Hi,
I plan to buy the Pro version in iOS. Then to use these features on my Mac book, should I buy again? Even if I am using the same Apple ID to make the purchase? If yes, then is it possible to sync passwords across devices in basic version of Mac and iOS? What would happen once the trial period gets over?? I am asking this as I had a bad experience with another password manager when it's trial period was over. It had the sync feature as paid and my entire setup was screwed up after that! I don't want it to repeat.
Another doubt - Is it possible to import all my iCloud kechain passwords into 1password?

Hi @akshaynhegde,
Thanks for taking the time to write in :+1:
I will answer your questions, in order.

1Password for Mac and for iOS are two distinct apps, therefore two separate purchases. 1Password is licensed per user, per platform. For more information, please visit this article from our User Guides.
If yes, then is it possible to sync passwords across devices in basic version of Mac and iOS?
Yes. Here you'll find all of the sync options compared.
What would happen once the trial period gets over??
There is no trial period for 1Password for iOS. You can use it for as long as you like. Purchasing the Pro Features, will give you access to a handful of features. Please take a look at this article from our User Guides for more info.
After the 30 day's trial expires for 1Password for Mac, you won't be able to add or edit existing items, but you will be able to view them and to sync them.
Another doubt - Is it possible to import all my iCloud kechain passwords into 1password?
Yes, it is possible to add your iCloud keychain credentials into 1Password for Mac, the easiest solution is the Autosave option: 1Password for Mac will prompt you to save logins when logging into sites. For more more information about autosave, please take a peek at this article. Please note that this feature will import one Login at a item, since there is no way of batch-importing items from iCloud Keychain into 1Password for Mac.
Hope that this helps. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
