Not able to join a team for 1Password

My job recently sent me an invitation to join their team on 1Password. When I click on the link it opens a new window but it is a blank screen. I downloaded it but it appears to be a trial. Please let me know how to fix this.

    Thanks for writing.

    Can you please tell us a bit more about the setup? Which version of Windows are you using? Which browser are you using?
    From the sound of it you downloaded 1Password 4 for Windows, which isn't 1Password for Teams-compatible.

    That is correct- I downloaded 1Password 4 for Windows. Is there another version that I can download that is 1Password for Teams- compatible?

    @jpimentel Thanks for letting us know. There is indeed a new version for Teams specifically, but it's only compatible with Windows 10. If you have Windows 10, just head over here to grab it: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/apps/1password-beta/9nblgggz0ht9

    If not, we're hoping to bring Teams support to the standard Windows app soon, so keep in touch. :)
