I have 1Password trial and used to be able to sync over wifi with iphone 6-now I can't

I downloaded 1Password about 4 months ago and have the trial version on my laptop-Windows based. I was able to synch with my Iphone6 over wifi but lately this has not been possible. I use the same network and have followed the user guide instructions. The security key comes up on the laptop but on my Iphone it no longer recognises my laptop but when I hit "Refresh List" nothing happens.

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble with wifi sync.

    Often times when a computer doesn't show up in the list on the iOS device it's because something is blocking Bonjour (the discovery service) we use to find other devices. Have you tried our wifi troubleshooting article?

    That covers the most common scenarios and might assist.. if that doesn't help, have you installed any new software on your Windows PC since the last time you were able to get sync working? Notably security software, firewall software, or similar tools.
