Swabiz.com Account Traveler Login works the first time but not subsiquently

I'm using Firefox v44.0, 1Password v6.0.1 & the 1Pasassword Extension v4.5.3.

When I goto https://swabiz.com --> Traveler Account Login I can use the 1Password extension to login the first time. This page has 3 input fields, Company ID, Username and Password. All fields are filled in and work as expected. While on the site if I do something that takes me back to the login page in the same session the Company ID field is not filled in by the extension.

What can be done to fix this issue?

    Hi, @SecureInCali. Thanks for your post. Sorry for the trouble you're having on this page. I don't have a valid account for swabiz.com, but I can guess that what is happening is that the form on the second login page is subtly different to what is on the main login page.

    The next time you see the second login page, it would be helpful if you could send us the page. The easiest way is to use Safari's File > Save As… window and choose Web Archive for the format. Then, email the resulting file along with your forum username and a link to this thread to support@agilebits.com. We'll take a look and see what we can divine from the page.
