  • Hi @LARUSKIN2! Sorry for the trouble. How are you inviting the coworker? I just tried to use an icloud.com email and it worked correctly. I was inviting someone by clicking the team name in the top right, then clicking Admin Console, then Invitations, then the + button and typing their email. I clicked Send and it made its way to their email. Let us know if things are a bit different on your end. We'd be happy to figure out what's happening. :)

@penderworth, this is still an issue. I see the problem exhibited within my teams account that was I originally created with a non-icloud email but when I attempt to change this email (by editing within "My Profile") to an icloud email I get this error: "Email addresses from this domain are not allowed. Please use a different one or contact your Team Admin for assistance.". I'm on os x using safari.

The only option I can think of is to look in the Admin settings and then invitations. See if the domain restriction is set. If it is remove the restriction and see if you can change your email.

To change it remove the allowed domains, and click save.

Its the only thing I can think of, maybe the staff will have other ideas. Best of luck!

@thightower Where does one go to remove allowed domains? I can't find it. Thanks.

@thightower I figured out what you were saying. I removed all allowed domains and then was able to change my email. Still doesn't make sense though why it put that restriction on me.

  • @Scott Weatherhogge Aha, I just responded to your other thread and it seems you got your answer here too. Sorry for the doubling. Glad thightower helped out. :)
