I need to add prefixes to the user on some sites.
I have to use the same password with different user-ids (e.g. add prefix) which are all used for the same account. So now I have a few items for each case one. When I have to change the password (which I am required to) I have to put the new password in every item. Is there a better way so I only have to set the password once and get it imported to the other items?

@johannes_rath I'm not 100% sure I understand your use case, but it sounds like you have a single account for some site, and that account has a single password, but the username can be different values. Is that right? If not, please let me know in a little more detail what the situation is.
If that is correct, this isn't something 1Password is currently able to handle. Each item is meant to stand on its own. For varying usernames, I think the best idea I would have would be to have one item with all the needed URLs added to its list of URLs but leaving the username blank. Then, edit the item to set it's Submit option to Never. This way, you could fill this item on any of those sites and then change the username before submitting the form.
I know that's not a 100% solution, but it's the best idea I have at the moment given how 1Password is currently designed. Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Thanks! That's at least a better setup than my solution I use at the time.
