WiFi sync Windows iOS issues

I have seen a few threads on this subject, however I think my specifics are different and am therefore starting a new thread.

I am trying to sync between 2 devices with the following environments

iPhone 5S
9.2.1
1Password 6.2.2

Windows 7
1Password 5.6.0.598
Windows Firewall service tuned off
Kapersky Antivirus

When I try to Sync over WiFi I get the following behaviours
IOS finds the Windows 7 device
IOS accepts the key
IOS allows to start sync, but nothing happens

after a couple of minutes I get the following error

ErrorDomain=NSPOSIXErrorDomain Code=60 "Operation Times Out"

Does anyone have any thoughts on how to resolve this issue?

    Hi Michael ( @mole1066 ),

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty syncing over WiFi. We have a troubleshooting guide available here, which may be of some help:

    (Windows) Wi-Fi Sync is not working

    Could you please try running through that and see if it helps?
