Browser extension error page - outdated information?

Hi team,

Just sending across a screenshot of what I was presented with when there was some weird issue with my Chrome browser extension not connecting to the installed MAS 1Password (v6 latest). The error page asks for version 4 to be installed :-)

Extension Version: 4.5.3.90
OS Version: 10.11.3
Sync Type: Dropbox

    Thanks, @henkisdabro. This page is a little bit tricky, but you're definitely right that we can do better. I've opened a ticket to get this page updated soon.
