saving not working on

when creating a new account on you very own support site, 1password does not offer to save the new information.

    @mbt1 Sorry for the trouble you're having, but I wasn't able to reproduce this problem you're having. I tested in the stable release of our Chrome extension both by pressing return in the password field and by clicking the Sign In element on the page. Both of these triggered autosave for me. Could you try again? If you still have issues, please double check these few things:

    1. Make sure autosave is on. I've personally accidentally disabled it in the 1Password mini popup.
    2. Check that you don't have AgileBits in the list of domains to avoid autosave in 1Password > Preferences > Browser
    3. Check that you don't already have a login stored for an domain with the same password. 1Password tries to avoid spurious prompts to save when you're submitting credentials for which you already have an entry saved.
