I cannot access my passwords its saying internal inconsistency exception NSviewcontroller loadview

I created a file to export onto my desktop to add 1password to another computer. 1 password will not let me view passwords now, error code internal inconsistency exception NS view controller loadview.

Its now resolved, i re booted the computer, everything is now back to normal
