Hi there I recently bought a new phone and unfortuantely my 1Password data did not transfer across.

I recently bought a new iPhone and backed up then transferred the data to my new phone but the 1Password app didnt come across. I dowloaded it again but none of the data came across. I do not back up to iCloud but do to my desktop computer (apple). Can you please help?

Thanks for taking the time to write in. By default your 1Password data is stored only on the device you create it on. You can change this by setting up syncing and/or making a backup. I'd recommend both. You can find instructions here:

iCloud or Dropbox would be the way forward with syncing, unless you also plan to use 1Password on a Mac or Windows PC (in which case WiFi sync may also be an option).
