And then can 1password team decode the default?
I really have to unlock my 1password...

Or i remember ex-masterkey.
So can i unlock if I reconstruct with back up file when i used ex-masterkey?

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. I apologize but I'm not sure I understand, based on your message, what the difficulty you are having is. It sounds like you may have changed your Master Password, and then forgotten the new one? If that is the case, please see this guide:

    (iOS) My Master Password is not being accepted. What should I do?

    If that is not the difficulty could you please elaborate?
