Short delay when tapping a favourite

I notice a slight delay when tapping to open a favourite. It's short, I guess around a second, but long enough to be noticeable and irritating. Is it just me?

@wilhelmtell: I'm not seeing this myself, so I wonder if it's specific to your setup somehow. Can you tell me the OS, 1Password, and device version where you're having this issue? Also, let me know the exact steps to reproduce it, from the time you open 1Password until you encounter the problem. Thanks in advance! :)

    1Password 6.2.2
    iPhone 6
    iOS 9.2.1

Things I tap on the iPhone generally have a snappy feeling. They react immediately. That's not the feeling I get when I tap an entry in the 1Password favourites list.

Use an iPhone 6 or earlier, because I'm guessing newer models are faster. Tap favourites, then tap an item. It's not striking obvious. It's subtle. It takes maybe a second, maybe a little less, to load and show the item's details. Just enough to be irritating over time.

  • Thanks, @wilhelmtell. On my iPhone 6 (non-S, non-Plus) I do notice a very slight hesitation when tapping on an item (any item). This is likely because 1Password does the decryption of the item details at that point. It is likely that faster hardware is the only solution, but I'll ask our development team to look into it.
