I can't access my 1Password for teams account

Hi

I still have access to my 1Password for Teams vault on my MacBook but I can't sign in through the website using what I thought was the password. I am the only Admin. Is there some way to reset it? I can live without the contents if needs be as I can move the contents temporarily to a local vault

    Hey @markan! I'm sorry to hear that. At least you can access it on your MacBook and move your data over to your local vault. There's no way for us to reset your Master Password, but we can delete your account so you can start over with a new Master Password and Account Key. Could you email us at support@1password.com with the email address you used to sign up for Teams? Be sure to let us know what happened. We'd be happy to help you regain access to your account again. :)
