I have access to a Team Vault, I have the emergency document, but I lost the Master Password
So, I am trying to add a Team Vault (-edit removed by moderator-) to my iPhone app, but I have lost the Master Password to make the addition.
I am NOT locked out of the Team Vault on my Desktop app. I have access to everything. But I can't do anything else with it since I lost the Master Password. I can't change the Master Password without the current one, either.
I do have the emergency document PDF associated, but you cannot store the Master Password anywhere on it, thus I lost it.
What can I do here?

Hey @wrburgess! Sorry to hear that. Is there anyone else on the account? Specifically, anyone in the Recovery group? If so, you can ask them to recover your account so you can get things rolling again. If not, the only way for us to help you is simply delete the account. Hopefully things don't come to that, but if it is necessary, please email us at support@1password.com from the email address you used to sign up and we'd be happy to help get thing sorted out. :)

I didn't realize that there was a recovery system. The team admin got me back on track, thanks!
I might suggest you add a line to the Master Password Recovery Docs: "Ask your team account admin if they can activate a recovery process" because I thought I was on my own.

Well, it is in the Teams Admin Guide. Would it be better if we had a guide for you as a user on the account? I can forward that feedback to our documentation team so we can improve things.

Well, when I hit your support section I looked up "recover master password" and didn't specify that this was a team vault situation. If the documentation said something like "If this is a team vault password scenario, click here" I would have found the more relevant info faster, I guess. Since I'm not an admin on that Team, would I even have access to the Team Admin Guide?
