Unable to confirm pending invitations... Then kicks me out and requires re-entering password.

I have tired to select "1 pending confirmation" for a new teammate, but when I click on the link the admin console title come up at the top of the screen but still displays my vaults. It doesn't ever allow me to actually access the admin console. If I try to click on either option links for confirming pending invitations, it will kick me out and force me to sign in again with the info of "We've signed you out because you reloaded or closed the page." I am not using the 1password app, but going through the website. Please let me know what further information I need to supply to attempt to resolve this issue because as it is now, we are unable to use and set up 1password for Teams.
