1Password - WiFi Sync Direction

Dear Agilebits, A question regarding WiFi syncing of vault data between a Mac and an iPad. I primarily use my Mac for creating new vault items and then sync data with my iPad. Occasionally, for example when traveling, I will create new, or update existing vault items with my iPad. Question: How do I perform a sync such that the new or revised iPad data gets added (pushed) TO the Mac? It is not clear how to specify the data push direction if necessary at all. Is it controlled by which device you initiate the sync from, i.e., Mac to iPad versus iPad to Mac? I do not want to perform a sync where the older Mac data simply overwrites the newer iPad 1Password file. Thank you.

@Jimson_Weed: Just to be safe, be sure to backup your data from both 1Password for iOS and 1Password for Mac. But you really only need to be concerned if you're enabling/disabling sync frequently (don't!) or going without syncing for a very, very long time.

There is no need to specify the 'sync direction' though. Wi-Fi Sync is completely bidirectional, so newer data from each device will be sent to the other. Backups are a good idea no matter what, but I suspect if you sync the two devices it will "just work". Please let me know how it turns out! :)
