@scottsimons - If you highlight the records you want to move, then right click. You'll see a context menu that includes Share. Pick that, the the vault where you want to move the records, and finally, pick Copy or Move, as you desire. It works when several or many records are selected at once.

    Greetings @scottsimons,

If you were attempting to do them one at a time I can see that being a pretty painful process. Just like Finder though you can select either all the items between a start and stop point or add individual items to a selection.

To select everything between two items in your vault list.

    1. Select the first item.
    2. Hold down the shift key and select the second item.

Everything between the two items should be selected now.

To add (or remove) individual items from a selection.

    1. Hold down the cmd key and click on an item. If it wasn't part of the selection before it's add, if it was part of the selection it is removed.

Apologies if you knew all of that already.

A combination of the above and filtering your vault might mean the location of the move command no longer becomes as much of an issue as it would feel if you're moving items one by one.

    Does that help at all?
