Dropbox works fine, not iCLOUD syncing w/OS X10.11/IOS9.3. iCloud does not see BU file.

Have been trying to set up sync between all devices - MacMini, Powerbook, iPad and iPhone - with the below OSs. I have been using Dropbox with no problem but am switching over to iCloud as it words better with Macs in general. I have only one Cloud account but when setting 1PW6 to sync with ICloud, the iCloud doesn't create a file and nothing gets synced over the devices. If I do the same with Dropbox, it's works just fine.
What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks for writing in. You're correct: 1Password's sync with iCloud does not create a file. This is intended. We sync 1Password with iCloud using CloudKit, which uses a database rather than a file. The results will not appear in iCloud Drive.
