iOS 6.3.1 UI Glitches During Sync (Incessant redraws)

I've notices that the iOS app UI goes a bit crazy when there are a lot updates to sync. For example, syncing with Dropbox the UI is redrawn repeatedly and became unresponsive for about a minute while it synced.

I'm not sure if this was introduced in a recent update or because I recently changed from a single vault to multiple vault setup.

Anyone else notice this glitch? Once syncing has fully completed the app starts responding to the user again.
