Please unlock 1Password.agile.keychain in Dropbox (not working)

Hello, I am in the middle of upgrading from iPhone 5 to 6s. The 1Password iOS app login credentials didn't transfer when I restored the 6s from iTunes backup, so now I'm trying to manually log in and set up the 1Password app on the new phone.

I am getting the exact same error message and troubleshooting issues as this person, from the first post all the way down to his/her final post: https://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/42577/1password-not-recognizing-master-key-on-dropbox-sync#latest.

The last exchange in this thread indicates that a 1Password support person reviewed the diagnostic report and found the issue.

Could you please help me with the same diagnostics review?

    Hi @Sammson,

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm sorry for the delayed response. The issue in the other case was two fold:

    1. They had two vaults in Dropbox, and that was causing some confusion for them.
    2. They had a strange issue with their Master Password, and changing their Master Password corrected it:

    If neither of those is the issue, certainly, we can have you send in diagnostics of your own.
