First subtitle is missing at secure notes

Hello,
I have secure notes and there I have a title and then some segments. For every segment I have a subtitle and under this subtitle I have in the left and right columns my details.

Inside the Android version (but not on Mac an iOS) the first subtitle is missing always.

    Can you let me know what platform you're creating these secure notes on? I'm curious as to how exactly you're creating these notes so that I can test it out on my devices. Thanks!

    Hey @peri

    I created all this secure notes on my Mac and synced them to Android with OPVault over Dropbox. Hope that is helping you.
