I used to be able to do a passcode option for Mac and iOS..

Since the update to Family, I cannot do a passcode in the Mac App and have to disable Touch ID for iOS to get this option. Why? Please allow this as an option for Family accounts.

    Hi @timgjr,

Thanks for taking the time to contact us. I'm sorry that you are having some trouble.

I'm not 100% sure I know what you mean. There is a PIN Code option in the iOS app, but it is only available if your device does not support Touch ID. There was never a PIN Code option in the Mac app, though. You will need to enter your Master Password to unlock 1Password for Mac. However, you can adjust your auto-lock settings. Personally, I only have "Lock on sleep" enabled. That way, 1Password stays unlocked all day long while I am working at my Mac. When i close the lid on my MacBook Air, that puts my Mac to sleep and 1Password securely locks. :)

If you can provide some more information, though, perhaps I can provide some further assistance.
